I received an appointment as soon as requested even though it was made on short notice. I had little waiting time once there. The veterinary nurse was very nice. Dr Dugan, the veterinarian, was exceptionally patient and explained everything to me. He took his time too. I will definitely be entrusting my baby to the care of Dr Dugan again.

Great veterinarian office. The vets are extremely patient and helpful. The wait time is quick. However, the only reason I did not give them a 5 star is because they don’t offer any weekend appointments. This creates an issue for those families who normally cannot make it to the vet Monday - Friday due to other pressing needs. Even if they opened a few hours on Saturday, that would be helpful. I believe they would have even more clientele if this option was offered. Otherwise, they are a great bunch.

Average, I would like to see routine cleaning, (floors walls, and counters) all show signs of neglect there. I would expect routine and thorough cleaning for a medical treatment facility even if its animals. We've gone there for years and it has not aged well. Good value and animals have all been treated well there.
