I Absolutely LOVE this place!! I won't take my Furr-Babies anywhere else! They take good care of our babies and actually love them too! They do thier best to keep costs as low as possible.

Had an emergency visit for my guinea pig today. The vet and techs were very nice and understanding. The level of care they provide is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone with a guinea pig or any cat/dog. Not many places accept guineas, but they took pride in accepting my last min emergency appointment. They gave him all the care he needed and we gave a checkup on Friday to see how he's doing. The cost was much lower than I expected.

While I was pleased with pricing and availability, I was disappointed in the final service. I did a day time board and vaccinations in preparation for a longer trip we have planned. While my dog received glowing feedback that she was well behaved, she was returned in her harness upside down and badly squeezing under her front legs, and a pen heavily tangled in her tail that she had been trying to get out- wet tail and hair loss from trying to get it untangled with the clip part. The pen could’ve been a disaster if she broke it apart and ate any of it, but I can see it as a little funny to get tangled in her fluffy tail- just wish they had been observant enough to catch it. The hot spots are definitely not a little funny. I don’t know how long she was in her harness upside down, but it chaffed her enough that she has hot spots there - breaks my heart! If this was 5 hrs of care, I’m very concerned on what 5 days of care would’ve been. Rapidly trying to treat the hotspots before we have to leave town (only a 4 day window) and grateful to have found somewhere else to board that hopefully keeps a more attentive eye on her. Staff were all very kind, but I’m really really bummed on how she came home to me.
